Refund policy

At KYNETICS CO, every item is made to order and custom-built to your specifications, including your chosen car model, body color, rim finish, and personalized license plate text.

Because each order is custom-produced specifically for you, we are only able to accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged. All other sales are final.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at aleksjchen@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve this through a replacement or refund.

What Is Not Covered

Buyer's remorse or change of preference after production has begun
Color, model, or customization selections made in error at checkout
Normal wear from prolonged sun or heat exposure (see product care instructions)

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe following approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
